Nikhilesh is the elder son of Sri M C Mallikarjun and Smt N Punya Pavithra and is married to Nagashree K S, a Software Engineer and an entrepreneur and has a son Arjun Shiv who is 5 years.

Nikhilesh is a Post-Graduate in Management specialized in Human Resource and Marketing Management from JSS Centre for Management Studies. A very passionate human being with an intention to give back to the society and to make this world a better place to live in, he along with his younger brother Vignesh M M started Kalisu Foundation in the year 2013, an organization providing high quality education to children studying in Government Schools coming from low-income background enabling them to maximize their potential and transforming their lives. Today Kalisu is completely focusing on bringing back the habit of reading and play and want to reach 1 crore children by 2028.

Today, Kalisu foundation has been impacting more then 25000 children making books & play accessible to children in 125 Government Schools in Mysore, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai and Delhi through a persistently growing fellows and volunteer network from all walks of life with a holistic approach towards educating and developing every child, hoping to give them a brighter future.
